3. Inquiry and Quotation
When submitting an inquiry, you should provide accurate and complete information, including product type, quantity, destination country, destination port, project requirements, configuration needs, installation environment, and contact information.
For prefab housing products, buyers should confirm layout, size, interior configuration, doors and windows, bathroom and kitchen options, electrical requirements, packaging, and installation conditions before quotation.
For BESS container enclosure projects, buyers should confirm container size, battery rack layout, HVAC requirements, fire protection interface, cable routing, grounding, IP protection level, anti-corrosion requirements, and project site conditions before quotation.
Any quotation provided by Glorich Energy is valid only within the stated validity period. Prices may change due to raw material cost, exchange rate, shipping cost, product configuration, or project requirements.
4. Product Customization
Glorich Energy supports product customization according to project requirements. Customization may include size, layout, color, logo, structure, door and window position, interior configuration, surface treatment, packaging method, and other project-specific requirements.
For customized products, buyers are responsible for confirming drawings, technical documents, layout plans, color requirements, logo files, and configuration details before production. Once production starts, changes may affect cost, lead time, and delivery schedule.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after both parties agree on the product scope, technical specifications, price, payment terms, delivery terms, production schedule, and other commercial conditions.
A formal order may be confirmed through a signed contract, proforma invoice, purchase order, or other written confirmation accepted by both parties.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase contract, or written agreement. Production, shipment, or delivery may be delayed if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
Bank charges, exchange losses, taxes, duties, or other payment-related fees shall be handled according to the agreed commercial terms.
7. Production and Delivery
Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, material availability, and factory schedule. Estimated lead time is for reference only unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Delivery terms, shipping method, destination port, loading method, packaging, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, and local transportation shall be confirmed before shipment.
Buyers are responsible for confirming unloading conditions, road access, crane or forklift availability, foundation preparation, site access, and local installation arrangements.
8. Installation and Local Compliance
Glorich Energy may provide general installation suggestions, product guidance, drawings, or remote support when applicable. However, local installation, permits, foundation, utility connection, fire safety, building approval, grid connection, and local compliance requirements shall be confirmed by the buyer with local authorities, engineers, contractors, or professional consultants.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product and configuration comply with local laws, building codes, safety standards, import rules, and project requirements.
9. Inspection and Claims
Buyers should inspect the goods after arrival and before installation. If any visible damage, missing parts, or delivery issue is found, the buyer should take photos and videos, keep packaging evidence, record the issue with the logistics provider, and contact Glorich Energy in a timely manner.
Claims caused by transportation, improper unloading, incorrect storage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse, or local construction issues may not be covered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, videos, product descriptions, logos, layout, and design materials, belongs to Glorich Energy or its authorized sources unless otherwise stated.
Without written permission, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use website content for misleading, illegal, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
